About Me

Life has a way of grinding us down. The long days, the endless cycle of work, commute, and trying to keep it all together. The feeling of being stuck in a life that looks fine on paper but feels empty in reality. I know that place: the exhaustion, the fear of change, the quiet voice that says, “Is this really it?”

I’ve been through my own walls. I’ve faced the health scares, the dead ends, the nights of questioning everything. I’ve walked away from jobs, relationships, and whole lives that no longer fit — even when it terrified me. Each crisis forced me to rebuild, and taught me that change doesn’t happen all at once. It happens in small, steady steps.

Now I work with women who are tired of being tired. Women who want something different but don’t know where to begin, who crave space to breathe and a way forward that feels possible. In our sessions, I bring together my background in wellness, yoga, and counselling skills to create a space that is supportive, grounded, and real.

I won’t tell you to burn it all down. I won’t give you a five-step plan to happiness. What I will do is help you listen more closely to yourself, untangle what’s weighing you down, and take steps that actually fit your life.

Because sometimes what feels like the end of the road is really the beginning of something new.
